Ireland & Northern Ireland (eksamensemne)
I dette forløb sætter vi fokus på Irland samt konflikten i Nordirland.
Vi læser tekster af forskellige genrer, som giver os et indblik i Irlands historie og kultur.
Herefter vil vi sætte et særligt fokus på konflikten "the Troubles" i Nordirland med perspektivering til i dag.
I centrum vil være analyse og fortolkning samt perspektivering i forhold til samfundsmæssige, kulturelle og historiske sammenhænge.
Vi arbejder i forløbet med informationssøgning, analyse og fortolkning, skriftlige og mundtlige opgaver og præsentationer samt kreative opgaver.
Et bredt udvalg af genrer vil være repræsenteret i tekstudvalget, og der fokuseres på træning af genrebevidsthed.
I forløbet vil der også indgå værklæsning.
