Fokus i dette forløb har været af læse et selvvalgt fiktivt værk. Eleverne har så løbende skullet have små "bogklubber", hvor de stillede hinanden spørgsmål om læsning, læselyst, og også selv værket. Fokus har været på at skabe en læselyst og -interesse hos eleverne, at få dem til at reflektere over læsning, og forskellige læsehastigheder, samt at kunne føre en bundet, men uforpligtende samtale på engelsk.

Strangers in a Strange Land
Et forløb baseret på grundbogen "Choices" (Forlaget Columbus 2022) af Mette Hermann.
Fokus for forløbet har været at give eleverne indsigt i USAs forhold til indvandring fra Latinamerika, men med fokus på indvandrerne selv, og de farer der lurer undervejs. Der har således ikke været diskuteret racisme eller amerikansk lovgivning.
Eleverne har skullet forholde sig til emner gennem diskussionsøvelser og øve sig i at redegøre for indholdet af en længere sagprosatekst. Desuden indledtes forløbet med analyse af poetiske tekster.
