Beskrivelse af de enkelte undervisningsforløb (1 skema for hvert forløb)
Titel 1 Twisted Minds 🧠

”Twisted Minds: Approaching written texts” er et forløb, der arbejder med at styrke elevernes analytiske evner, når de læser fiction og non-fiction. Teksterne i forløbet har samme tematiske omdrejningspunkt, twisted minds, og der oparbejdes et ordforråd til dette tema samt trænes i at kunne perspektivere de forskellige tekster til hinanden.
Eleverne skal især opnå kendskab til, hvordan man genfortæller, hvordan man laver en personkarakteristik, og hvordan ting kommer til udtryk eksplicit og implicit, når der arbejdes med fiction.

Når der arbejdes med non-fiction, er fokus på elevernes evne til at kunne forholde sig kritisk til den fremlagte information og til at udpege sproglige elementer, der angiver bl.a. vinkling og tone i teksterne.

Is it All about Love?

Et forløb med fokus på det skiftende syn på kærlighed og ægteskab samt på forventninger til kønnene.: Vi læser tekster fra midten og slutningen af1800tallet og fra 1990erne samt nutiden.  
Desuden stort fokus på  mundtlig formidling af fortolkning og analyse af skønlitteratur.

I alle forløb har der været adgang til Min læring engelsk grammatik, gyldendals røde ordbøger og dokumenter på lectio.

Titel 5 Oh horror 😱 Eksamen

SRO- forløb i samarbejde med spansk

Forløbet tager udgangspunkt i gotisk litteratur med Dracula fra 1897 og har derefter mest fokus på det moderne gys.  Der har været fokus på genretræk i horror fiction og på psykoanalytiske elementer på et symbolsk niveau og i personkarakteristikker.

How does class affect the British?

Thjs unit aims to give insight into the lives of the British Working Class and Upper classes. We are going to focus on how the class system is structured and which values and conditions the different social classes live with.
This will include a look at what football means for the working class and an insight into the challenging conditions the working class have faced historically and are still facing today.
Furthermore we will analyze the values of the upper classes and discuss their claim to power.

This topic first looks into and  tries to understand and explain why we tend to want to watch and maybe even spy on each other - online,  or otherwise.  We discuss how it affects the human psyche and behaviour.
