Grundforløb: The Evil Within
I dette forløb præsenteres eleverne for forskellige genrer indenfor de to overordnede kategorier:
fiktion og non-fiktion. Eleverne introduceres for de mest basale redskaber indenfor analysen af
digte, noveller, film og diverse non-fiktionstekster, og træner brugen af disse. Igennem par- og
gruppearbejde udvikles deres evner til at diskutere på engelsk, og der arbejdes på et meget
fokuseret plan med ordforråd i forbindelse med personkarakteristik, tone og stil.
I valget af kildemateriale er der lagt vægt på såvel variation i genrer og stil, men også på tekster
der har en vis aktualitet og relevans for eleverne, såvel tidsmæssigt som emnemæssigt.
Igennem forløbet gennemgås de mest basale grammatiske områder indenfor engelsk
grammatik, hvor der både laves integreret og ikke-integreret grammatik
