Titel 5 Nature and Mankind (Exam)

The overall focus for the theme has been a movement from the students' own perceptions of nature to the more cultural perspectives.
The students have been on a field trip exploring and challenging their own nature perception, plus they have written poems linked to soundscapes from real life recordings.
Various examples from British and American culture have been examined and the students have investigated Christianity's perception of nature vs. more nature-based and spiritual beliefs.
Climate Activism and climate feelings like shame, anger and guilt have been studied.
Finally, English as a Lingua Franca (ELF) has been studied in relation to global climate action in an attempt to discuss whether English as a global language helps global climate action, or whether it creates inequality and power imbalances?
