Formål: Introduktion til engelsk i gymnasiet med fokus på sprog og stilleje.
Formelt og uformelt engelsk i de engelsktalende lande.

Grammatik: Ligefrem og omvendt ordstilling, kongruens, ordklasser, datid og ntutid, brug af store bogstaver, formelt og uformelt sprogbrug.

Titel 2 Forløb 1 Music as Identity

Faglige mål: At opbygge et klasserum via undervisning med udgangspunkt i elevstyret interesser og diskussioner, samt kreative produkter i form af remediering. Forløbet introducerer eleverne til begrebet ungdomskultur og subkulturer, samt undersøger og diskuterer sammenhængen mellem musik og mode, identitetsdannelse, sprogbrug, værdier og normer, samt vores musik/streaming vaner gennem tiden og i forhold til generationer. Derudover har forløbet fokus på analyse af non-fiktion og fiktion i form af analyse af artikler, dokumentarer og film, samt lyriske tekster.

Klassen introduceres til The Rhetorical Pentagram, litterære virkemidler og de tre appelformer.

Grammatik: forløbet bygger videre på grundforløbets grammatik (staveregler brug af store bogstaver), apostrof genitiv, simpel nutid og kongruens, ubestemte artikler/kendeord ‘a/an’, bestemte kendeord/artikel ‘the’ regelmæssige/uregelmæssige navneord, samt formel og uformel stilleje.Skriftlig opgave: Analyse af selvvalgt sangtekst med fokus på litterære virkemidler, struktur og variation i det sproglige udtryk.

Titel 5 Forløb 4 Climate activism - eksamen

Formål: Forløbet har til formål at informere UN Goal 13 og om klimakrisen, men også introducere klimaaktivisme og mulige perspektiver og løsninger på krisen. Der er fokus på diskussion og analyse af klimadiskursen i både non-fiction og fiktion i et 10-årigt historisk perspektiv. Der arbejdes med medieanalyse og nyhedskriterier, speech analysis og det retoriske Pentagram og SOAPStone model, samt Cli-fi genren. Ligeledes er der fokus på øget glosetræning og stilistisk analyse. Sideløbende arbejdes med studieportfolie og kreative udtryksformer i Canva.

Formål: Introduktion til USA’s Orphan Train Riders og Children’s Aid Society i 1852-1930, samt analysere og perspektivere til Børns Vilkår og Børn Menneskerettighedserklæringen.
I værklæsningen af Orphan Train af Christina Baker Kline undersøges the litterære motif “Orphan” og den intertekstuelle reference til “The Victorian Orphan”  as a literary motif i Anne of Green Gables, Jane Eyre og i det victorianske samfund. I forlængelse heraf diskuteres temaer som orphans and social environment, home and belonging, name and identity, childhood, child abuse growing up, og der perspektiveres  yderligere til UN Child Rights.
