American Ideas and Identity EKSAMENSEMNE
The topic is introduced by the teacher through some basic American ideas and texts such as the "Declaration of Independence," the idea of Manifest Destiny and Martin Luther King's "I Have A Dream." The rest of the topic is taught by students in groups, each group finding a character trait in American identity and teaching their classmates about that character trait through various texts and approaches.
Additionally, we will be working with various tools and ideas preparatory for the students' SRO.
