Titel 3	American political ideologies + Rhetoric (EXAM) Fokus i dette forløb har været på politiske ideologier i samarbejde med samfundsfag. Vi har haft særligt fokus på liberalisme, konservatisme og socialisme. Disse ideologier har vi arbejdet med i forbindelse med amerikansk politik og undersøgt, hvordan de vægtes hos henholdsvis demokrater og republikanere. Eleverne har arbejdet med Donald Trumps og Joe Bidens indsættelsestaler med udgangspunkt i det retoriske pentagram. Vi har haft særligt fokus på kommunikationssituationen, argumentationen, appelformer, sproglige virkemidler, samt hvordan de politiske ideologier kommer til udtryk hos de to politikere. Titel 4	English - a lingua franca Forløbet er en fortsættelse af forløb 2 "The English Language History". Vi har bl.a. set på brugen af det engelske sprog i forskellige dele af verden samt dets funktion som lingua franca. Der har også været en kort introduktion til den britiske/amerikanske fonetik. Forløbet afsluttes med et projektarbejde, hvor eleverne har fokuseret på forskellige engelsktalende lande og engelsk som lingua franca. Titel 5	Scottish history and literature (EXAM) Forløbet køres som optakt til klassens studietur til Edinburgh i september 2023. Vi er startet ud med en generel introduktion til Skotland, hvor eleverne er dykket ned i alt fra Skotlands historie, demografi, økonomi, kultur etc. og holdt oplæg for hinanden i mindre grupper. Særligt fokus har ligget på Skotlands nationale identitet, sprog og sociale klasser. Vi har arbejdet med disse emner med udgangspunkt i film, litteratur og poesi - og ikke mindst oplevet landet med egne øjne på studieturen. Titel 6	Misfits (EXAM) I forløbet er vi dykket ned i Stephen Chboskys roman "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" med særligt fokus på temaet at være ung og føle sig som "a misfit" i udviklingen fra barn til voksen. Titel 7

Man and technology (EXAM)

Forløbet er blevet skudt i gang med et moralsk og etisk dilemma med fokus på transhumanisme. På baggrund af dette er eleverne gået i gang med selvstændige gruppeprojekter. Her har de skulle vælge et teknologisk emne, som de selvstændigt er dykket ned i. Fokus har været på teknologiens etiske og moralske aspekter. Forløbet har dermed taget sit udgangspunkt i elevernes egen søgen efter information og viden om diverse teknologiske emner.
Disse emner har eleverne arbejdet videre med og undervist hinanden i med udgangspunkt i selvvalgte arbejdsformer og didaktiske tilgange (45 min. undervisningssession). Eleverne har selv udvalgt det anvendte materiale og givet det for som lektie inden deres undervisningssession.

Horror films (EXAM)

I dette forløb har vi haft fokus på horror i film. Vi er dykket ned i diverse filmiske virkemidler for at undersøge, hvad det er, der gør horror films horrifying. Særligt Stephen Kings horror techniques har vi ladet os inspirere af. Eleverne har med udgangspunkt i diverse øvelser på Minlæring cinematic techniques arbejdet med disse virkemidler og har analyseret en horror short film efter eget valg, som de har vist og fremlagt i klassen.

Titel 10	The British Precariat (EXAM) Forløbet om the British Precariat er kørt i samarbejde med samfundsfag i forbindelse med SRO. Fokus har været på de 7 sociale klasser, som definerer UK i dag. Vi har taget udgangspunkt i Guy Standings definition af den nederste socialklasse kaldet prekariatet med sine 3 undergrupper (the Atavists, the Nostalgics, the Progressives) + Pierre Bourdieus kapitaler (økonomiske, sociale, kulturelle). Titel 15	F. Scott Fitzgerald: The Great Gatsby I forløbet har vi læst F. Scott Fitzgeralds roman "The Great Gatsby" (1925), hvor vi særligt er dykket ned i karakteranalyse. Da det er 100 år siden udgivelsen, har Operaen i København opsat en ballet af romanen, som vi var inde at se. Vi har også set Baz Luhrmanns filmatisering af filmen fra 2013. Formålet var at sammenligne de tre "værkers" portrættering af særligt Daisy og slutningen på fortællingen. Undervisningen blev, som i det foregående forløb, afholdt i form af en bogklub, hvor vi snakkede om, analyserede og diskuterede romanen, filmen og balletten. Anvendt materiale: F.
