Across the Line - analysing litterature
Formål: Forløbet er det første litterære forløb efter grundforløbet og har således fokus på grundlæggende kompetencer. Især har forløbet rettet sig imod at øve tekstanalyse, forudsigelse af plot, plotudvikling, personkarakteristik, tema og genrekarakteristika.. Desuden har forløbet haft til formål at træne den frie, men faglige samtale på engelsk i klasserummet.

Formål: Introduktion og arbejde med handelskorrespondance. At bibringe eleverne en sproglig basisviden inden for handelskorrespondance, samt bibringe eleverne viden om forretningsgangen i en virksomhed samt relevant sprogligt niveau. Formål: Et forløb om CSR og begrebets betydning i forretningsverdenen i dag generelt og enkelte virksomhedsprofiler specifikt. I relation til dette forløb har klassen tidligere beskæftiget sig med CSR i Virksomhedsøkonomi. Der har været fokus på både at øge elevernes ordforråd, bevidsthed og diskussion af etiske dilemmaer.

South Africa_Area study + Novel (exam)
Formål: Romanen Born a Crime af Trevor Noah er en selvbiografi. Trevor Noah er Sydafrikaner, og værket er derfor læst som optakt til og sideløbende med 3. studieområde af et engelsksproget land. Med romanen har vi arbejdet i litterære cirkler og med fokus på Sydafrika under og efter Apartheid. Efterfølgende har eleverne arbejdet med tekster inden for det udvidede tekstbegreb og har skullet anvende viden om historiske, kulturelle, lingua franca og samfundsmæssige forhold i Sydafrika. Eleverne skal desuden kunne diskutere og perspektivere til aktuelle emner som racisme, ulighed, økonomi, uddannelse og politik.
