The theme GENERAZTION Z: THE FIRST DIGITAL NATIVES shall study the notion of Generation Z and their relevance today and in the future.

Generation Z  are of significant because they are the first generation known and looked  upon as digital natives, socially and politically conscious, have growing economic power, and are shaping the future of work and culture through their unique values and behaviors.  As a large and influential demographic, their focus on authenticity, sustainability, diversity, and well-being is forcing companies and society to adapt, making them a driving force for innovation and change.
