Sex, gender, and Identity EKSAMEN
I dette forløb starter vi med at på forskellen mellem sex og gender. Der sættes fokus hvilken betydning kønsstereotyper kan have for en persons forståelse af sin egen identitet og for samfundet generelt. Eleverne får indblik i og diskuterer kønsneutral børneopdragelse, kønsroller, transkøn og homoseksualitet i en verden, hvor heteronormativitet stadig er normen. I denne forbindelse arbejder eleverne med lighed mellem kønnene, feminisme, og hvad det vil sige at være feminist i dag, samt hvorfor denne term også har negative konnotationer. Derudover diskuterer eleverne, hvilke køns- og samfundsnormer, der forfordeler kvinder frem for mænd. De taler også om mandlige og kvindelige roller i film, og hvordan kvinder typisk har mere passive roller end mænd, og hvordan det påvirker vores og især børns syn på kønsroller og på samfundet generelt. Eleverne får derudover indsigt i, hvordan lige rettigheder desværre ikke kan garantere retfærdig behandling – diskrimination og intolerance er forsat et problem. Gennem hele forløbet kigger vi på, hvordan de ord, vi bruger påvirker vores syn på både os selv og verden omkring os. Eleverne analyserer flere forskellige tekstgenre, herunder artikler, taler, kampagnevideoer, TED Talks, digte og et serieafsnit.

Rhetorical Pentagram and Rhetorical devices: modes of persuasion/appeal (logos, ethos, pathos), alliteration, allusion, anaphora, anecdote, antithesis/contrast, connotation, denotation, irony/humor, personal experiences, rhetorical questions, hypophara etc.
