Dette forløb vægter med 15%
During this course the students will work with the concept of evil. How can evil be defined? Are you born evil or is it something that you are raised to be? The students will analyse and interpret different short stories with a focus on how the concept of evil is expressed. The analysis and interpretation of the literary texts will focus on obtaining knowledge of the literary terms setting, characterisation, composition, point of view, symbols. We also look at how the author leaves hints in the story and builds suspense throughout the story which leads to a climax and a surprising twist in the end.
Furthermore, the students will once again learn how to compose an essay with correct structure and with a special focus on the analysis and interpretation of fiction.
