Titel 1 Speeches

Hvad er en god tale? Og hvordan kan det være vi husker nogle taler, men ikke andre? Alle husker for eksempel ”Ich bin ein Berliner”, ”Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall!” or “Yes, we can.”
Vi læser forskellige statements and speeches for at blive klogere på selve genren ”tale”, undergenrer, men også på, hvordan man analyserer dem. Derefter inddrager vi andre mere eller mindre kendte eksempler.

Titel 2 dystopia

Dystopia

For a long time authors have explored dark worlds gone wrong, worst-case scenarios to warn their contemporaries of potentially harmful trends in society.

This course includes famous and less famous stories that represent historical and current thought experiments.

We will peruse/watch

- An excerpt from Suzanne Collins’ “Hunger Games” (2008)
