Der er tale om værklæsning, hvor vi har vekslet mellem aktiviteter og læsning på skolen. Der er arbejdet med fiktionsanalyse, herunder: temaer, personkarakteristik, sprog, fortællestil, symbolik og budskab med mere. Der er også arbejdet med forskellen mellem romaner og short stories.

We work with postcolonialism and in this connection look at the impact colonisation has had both on the colonizers and, especially, the colonized.
We discuss the meaning of language and look at standard English and some of the varieties of this. Likewise we talk about reasons for the spreading of English language in the world.

We work with multiculturalism in Great Britain and USA. In this connection we talk about differences and similarities in the two countries' political systems and their politics concerning migration.
