Theme 8 - Human connection and relationships
Human connection and relationships
What is the word connection (term connection) about? What does human connection mean? And what types of connection do we need to nourish in order to thrive?
According to psychologist Dr. Adam Dorsay, there are four types of connections we need in order to lead fulfilling lives. Those four areas are: connection to ourselves, to others, to the world, and to something greater. We investigate some of these connections - connections as in relating to others - and the benefits and obstacles we experience as human beings in our quests to connect to others.
