Beskrivelse af de enkelte undervisningsforløb (1 skema for hvert forløb)
Titel 1 Across the Line

Formål:

Forløbet er det første efter grundforløbet og har således fokuseret på grundlæggende kompetencer. Især har forløbet rettet sig imod at øve tekstanalyse og -fortolkning, forudsigelse af plot, plotudvikling, personkarakteristik, tema og genrekarakteristika. Desuden har forløbet haft til formål at træne den frie, men faglige samtale på engelsk i klasserummet.

Titel 2 The USA - an Area Study

Forløb:

Eleverne skal opnå og kunne anvende viden om historiske, kulturelle og samfundsmæssige forhold i USA – og kunne anvende relevante tekstanalysemetoder til at fortolke og perspektivere tekster inden for det udvidede tekstbegreb. Der har blandt andet været fokus på amerikanske værdier, politik og politiske partier, segregation og etnicitet.

Titel 8 Modern Slavery

Formål:

Eleverne skal opnå viden om moderne slaveri som et aktuelt globalt samfundsproblem, herunder viden om forskellige former for moderne slaveri, fx human trafficking, tvangsarbejde og gældsslaveri. Forløbet sætter fokus på problemets omfang og betydning i en international og erhvervsmæssig kontekst.

Titel 9 Corporate Social Responsibility

Formål:

Eleverne skal kunne forstå og anvende begrebet Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Forløbet fokuserer på store, internationale virksomheder og deres CSR politik, og der perspektiveres til andre virksomheders forretningsetik. Desuden fokuseres der på, hvad forbrugerne - herunder især Generation Z - forventer af virksomheder i dag. Omfang: ca. 5%.
